Pulled pork can feed a large family easy with lots of leftovers to spare. Its super tasty on a grain free tortilla, as a salad topper, or just with a big heap of raw sauerkraut on top (my favorite way)!

I love this recipe because it cooks in the crock pot so no mess! It literally takes 5 minutes to pull together in the morning and cooks on low for 8 hrs then done , ready at dinnertime! Your house will smell AMAZING and everyone who comes in will say “yum, what’s  cooking?”




Add all ingredients and cook covered in crock pot slow cooker 8 hours on low.

When meat is tender use 2 forks to shred pork.

Garnish with shredded lettuce, chopped tomato, and full fat organic sour cream.
