Tender and fall-off-the-bone good, these slow cooker Beef Short Ribs are going to be a new favorite dish!

First off,  I’ll need to let you know that if you are feeding a family you will most likely need to purchase anywhere from 4-8 beef short ribs depending on who’s eating them! For our family of 6 I purchased eight but honestly we ate them all down to the last shred so ten would probably be best! I get local pastured beef short ribs from my favorite food delivery DOORGANICS.

I can’t forget to share my favorite go-to SLOW COOKER for larger meals for the fam. This cooker was able to squeeze in all 8 beef short ribs no problem and cooks slow and steady so they always come out the perfect texture.  BEWARE YOUR HOUSE WILL SMELL SO GOOD THAT THE NEIGHBORS MIGHT EVEN ASK WHAT’S COOKING!

Ok so here is the recipe! It’s so easy I don’t even know what else to say. I even skipped the browning portion though next time I will give it a try.
