diffuser-1024x682 Why every Home, Workplace, and GYM should have a diffuser going!

Diffusion works by distributing essential oil molecules through the air. Once in the air these molecules are inhaled and come into contact with nerves that send them directly to the brain. This is a QUICK and SAFE way of letting the essential oils go to work for you!

Here are 2 reasons (though there a many more) why every HOME, WORKPLACE, GYM, and even CLASSROOM should have a diffuser going.

  1. Diffusion helps with deodorizing and cleaning the air (not like those toxic plug-in things).  Diffusing essential oils combats mold microorganisms, decreases the toxicity of chemicals and increases atmospheric oxygen. They do all of this while leaving your home, office, or gym smelling great!  Diffuse purification, lavender, lemon, tea tree, cinnamon, and clove.
  2. Diffusing oils can effect mood and energy. Essential oil’s power to cross the blood-brain barrier allows them to improve the way you feel! Once the oils hit the emotional center of the brain, they go to work. Essential oils have been used to increase energy and improve mood. BONUS-They have also been used to boost immunity during the long winter months!  Diffuse peppermint, frankincense, eucalyptus, and lavender.

What more do you need?  Its an easy, healthy, natural way to keep yourself and those around you healthy, happy, and working hard!

You can purchase a diffuser here through my website or they are sold at most Whole foods and health food stores.  BUYER BEWARE: When it comes to buying the actual oils BE CAREFUL, NOT ALL OILS ARE CREATED EQUAL. Most oils found within the store can be fake or diluted.  I have done the research and found YOUNG LIVING oils to be the BEST as they are certified seed to seal purity!

To diffuse oils simply fill your diffuser with water and 5-10 drops of essential oil and let the aroma fill the air! It’s that easy!!

 Be Well 🙂
