Maple Cinnamon Roasted Pecans
Ingredients
3 tablespoons Coconut oil
2 tablespoons Coconut sugar
2 tablespoons Maple syrup
1 tablespoon Cinnamon
4 cups pecans
Instructions
-Preheat the oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
-Melt the coconut oil and transfer to a medium mixing bowl.
-Stir in the coconut sugar, maple syrup, and cinnamon until well combined.
-Add the pecans and coat thoroughly.
Spread them on a baking sheet and bake for about 15-20 minutes.
Toss once mid baking to prevent large pieces from sticking together.
When finished, let pecans cool at room temperature for 20 minutes.
Serve warm and enjoy!
