If there is one food I can recommend that you consume weekly its WILD salmon.  Wild (not farmed) Salmon is a super nutrient dense fish packed with protein, omega-3s and other healthy nutrients – plus its easy to bake up in the oven.

Growing up I did not eat much fish but now as an adult I trained my taste buds to like salmon especially when its prepared this way! The key is to let the fish marinate for a few hours and be sure to have plenty of fresh lemons on hand to squeeze on top once its finished.

When it comes to purchasing salmon purchase only WILD CAUGHT and sustainable harvested. (HERE is where I purchase wild salmon.)  In general, look for salmon whose skin is bright silvery, and whose flesh is shiny, tender, and brightly-colored.
