I am so excited to to let you all know that I am in the midst of taking courses for official certification as a “PRIMAL” health coach through The Primal Health Coach Institute. YAY!

Wait, aren’t you already a health coach?

Yes, I am a certified holistic health coach through the Institute for Integrative Nutrition but paleo, primal and ancestral health have always peaked my interest. I advocate and live this healthy lifestyle myself and personally have seen the amazing benefits. This will be my main focus moving forward and I will be posting and sharing all things ANCESTRAL & PRIMAL!
