100% perfect nutrition is never really needed to change your body.  Not only is it not needed but its not possible! Striving for perfection can actually be very damaging physically and mentally. Instead try focusing on the 90/10 rule.

This simply means that 90% of the time you SHOULD  focus on healthy foods that will fuel your body to success.  90% !!!!!

The other 10% is most peoples favorite! It allows you to indulge every once in a while so you don’t feel constantly restricted and bored!  Live a little right?!!   Head out to dinner, relax, and eat what you want!  Maybe skip the occasional day of exercise with no guilt !

The rest of the time live a healthy lifestyle that you are committed to!

90/10 gives you the experience of being in control of your life and NOT having it regulated everyday for you.

The key is to NOT go overboard! Have a meal out and then get back to business the next day.

If your not careful or disciplined over-indulging can spiral out of control, rapidly destroy your progress, and make you feel like crap!

Eating good food is meant to be an enjoyable process and one of the true joys in life! With 90/10 you can eat anything you like — but only a portion of the time.

The rest of the time, eat to fuel a healthy body!
