Lasagna night was a hit!  Can you believe this dish is 100% grain free, and I even snuck in some extra veggies!

Plus it’s healthy, delicious, filling and sure to please the whole fam!

Here’s the scoop!

INGREDIENTS
•1pd grass fed beef
•1 box Cappellos paleo lasagna sheets
•1 bag frozen organic cauliflower rice
•Italian seasoning 2 tablespoons
•garlic powder 1 tablespoon
•sea salt- generous to taste
•pepper- 1 teaspoon
•Parmesan cheese (shaved from the block) 🧀
• Organic marinara sauce

DIRECTIONS
Brown up the beef and halfway through add in the organic cauliflower rice and cook these up together. Next, add in the spices, mix then set aside. 
Layer glass baking dish with sauce, “noodles” then meat mixture and repeat one more time. Top generously with shaved Parmesan cheese and bake 350 for about 30 min until browned on top and bubbly.
